At Nicastro Creations, every item is handcrafted and many of our products are personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our work, we want to ensure expectations are clear while also providing fair solutions if an issue arises.
All personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are considered final sale and are non-refundable once production has started.

Customers are responsible for submitting high-resolution, clear images for custom photo products. While we do our best to enhance images when possible, Nicastro Creations is not responsible for poor print or engraving quality resulting from low-resolution or blurry photos submitted by the customer.
Because many of our products are created using natural wood, slate, and leather materials, slight variations in grain, color, texture, and engraving appearance are normal and make each piece unique.
Nicastro Creations is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather interruptions, or lost packages once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues.
